Sofitel Legend People'S Grand Hotel Xi'An - Xi'an (Shaanxi)

Quiet and unbeatable location in very nice area, near a lovely park and other restaurant options, the garden below, and the conference centre next door. For tea or coffee visit Starbucks nearby. Totally enjoyable stay of customer service at this hotel.

I had a great business trip stay and was really happy with my choice, especially loved the beautiful bathroom in my room.

The hotel was legendary and absolutely fantastic. Efficient service from check-in to check-out. - the location was magnificent, a pleasant stroll away from the city center and Park of Revolution.

The hotel has a special old-fashioned charm. the staff members are amiable and excellent from check-in to check-out. - the rooms are reasonably large with a large bathroom and beds fit for an emperor. - the hotel is centrally located, around a 10-15 minute walk from Chateau de Coiffe Nivolle.

The hotel had a beautiful and historical atmosphere, with luxurious facilities and a convenient location near the Bell and Drum towers. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality Eastern and Western options. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from the moment I checked in.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to many attractions. Its private garden provides a peaceful and safe environment. The rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious, and well maintained. The bathrooms are luxurious and clean. The staff offers impeccable service, with attention to detail and expedient handling of requests. The breakfast in the restaurant is excellent, and happy hour in the lobby adds to the overall enjoyable experience.

The hotel's communication via their website needs improvement and the strong chlorine smell from the pool wafts into the lobby area.

The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of natural light. The bedding was comfortable and I could choose from a variety of pillows. The hotel was located near several shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area on foot. I also enjoyed using the gym facilities, which were modern and well-maintained.

Upon arrival, I had to wait for a long time to check in, and the staff did not seem interested in providing me with any information about the hotel or the area. During my stay, I had a couple of issues that needed attention, but the staff was slow to respond and seemed indifferent to my concerns.

sofitel legend exceeded my expectations during my business stay in xi'an. the staff were fantastic, the hotel was tastefully designed and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was the best i've ever had.

Language barrier. staff couldn't speak good english and there were communication issues.

Our stay at Sofitel Legend was fine. The hotel's aesthetic and location were perfect for our trip to Xi'an. The rooms were clean and classy, providing a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. The concierge service, especially from Danny Shao, was excellent. He was prompt, professional, and were great too ensure our needs were met. We were grateful for his attentiveness. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Walled city, great to enjoy the beautiful lightings in the area at night. we had an really good experience at this small intimate hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. the decor was impressive and the free happy hour was a big plus. the room was spacious, and the mini bar was stocked with free drinks including alcohol. the location provided easy access to local attractions.

The hotel's pricing structure was expensive, and the staff were overeager to upsell on arrival. the breakfast and restaurant were not up to par with the hotel's luxurious reputation, lacking warmth and generosity.
